What is the need of a candidate in the upcoming Haryana Panchayat elections
The candidate must vote first.
Candidate age should be 21 years.
Male candidate should be 10th pass and female candidate should be 8th pass.
Candidate should have no dues certificate from three banks.
Mortgage Bank, Cooperative Bank, Pratham Co-operative Bank.
Candidate should have no dues proof from electricity department.
Candidate should have domicile certificate (Haryana Residence)
Candidate should have current bank account. (any bank)
Candidate should have Family ID.
The candidate should not have possession of any panchayat land and government land.
Candidate should have toilet.
There should not be any police case against the candidate.
Candidate should have caste proof (for reserved seats only)
The candidate should not have two votes.
For the post of Sarpanch, the candidate should vote in the same Gram Panchayat from which he is contesting the election.
For the post of Block Samiti, the candidate must vote in his block, irrespective of the ward of his block, he can file nomination papers.
If there is a vote for the post of Zilla Parishad anywhere in his district, the candidate can file nomination papers from any ward in the same district.
For the post of Panch can file nomination papers for any ward in his Panchayat.
